Access is generally expected to be free, with no fixed opening hours, but follow local notices and any temporary controls. Parking is informal where permitted, with no dedicated lot assumed, and capacity can be limited on busy days. No direct public transport is expected, so a private vehicle is the practical option for reaching the area. The shore combines sand with pebbles and rocky sections. Water shoes can help for entry, and a mat or low chair improves comfort on the mixed ground. The Mediterranean water is used for swimming, but conditions change with wind and weather. Check the sea before entering and avoid swimming if it looks rough or unsettled. Sun exposure can be strong, particularly around midday in summer, and natural shade should not be assumed.
