Naaktstrand Kijkduin lies on the North Sea coast at Kijkduin, part of The Hague in South Holland. The listed naturist section is a sandy beach area reached from the developed seafront. From Kijkduin boulevard and village, follow dune paths to the beach and continue along the sand to the signed naturist boundaries, remaining within the marked section and following posted local requirements. The walk includes soft sand and dune paths, so allow extra time and wear footwear that is easy to remove. Dune paths and soft sand may be difficult for visitors with limited mobility, as step-free access is not established. Parking for Kijkduin is in the village and seafront area and is generally paid, with no separate beach admission established though parking and transport costs may apply. On warm summer days these parking areas can fill, so earlier arrival helps, and the beach is generally quiet to moderate outside those busy periods. Public transport from The Hague serves Kijkduin, but the final leg to the naturist section remains on foot through the dunes and along the beach. There are few or no facilities directly on the naturist sand, and toilets and showers are not established on the section itself. Bring water, food, sun protection, warm layers and a means to carry rubbish out, as no food or drink service is established on the section. Toilets, showers, shops and catering are around the boulevard and village rather than on the section. The beach surface is sand, open to sun and wind, with little natural shade expected and dunes offering limited shelter from wind. North Sea water is often cool and changeable, so short swims, attention to waves and weather awareness are practical. Fixed opening hours are not established, and use is generally during daylight in suitable weather. Daytime in settled summer weather from June through August gives the most comfortable visit, because the open beach has substantial sun exposure. Respect the marked boundaries, keep noise low, protect belongings, take all litter away, use marked dune paths, and leave the sand and dunes clean.
