What stays with me most from nude beaches is the emotional intensity of knowing there’s nothing between me and the eyes of the people around me. In the beginning I always feel shy and hyper-aware of my body, but after a while that nervousness changes into confidence, excitement, and an amazing feeling of freedom that’s difficult to explain unless you’ve experienced it yourself.
