Platja de sa Conca is a public beach reached on foot from Cadaqués. Expect a short walk on coastal paths with uneven and rocky sections, so wear sturdy footwear and carry what you need. There is no parking at the beach itself; the practical option is to park in Cadaqués and walk. No direct public transport serves the cove, so a bus to Cadaqués followed by a walk is the usual approach. The beach is openly accessible without set hours, with daytime visits typical. Morning tends to be calmer and quieter, while summer afternoons are busier. The shore is pebbles and rocks with a rocky and pebbly seabed and uneven entry. Water shoes help on entry and in the water. The water is clear Mediterranean, but swimming is unsupervised with no permanent lifeguard service confirmed, so check sea conditions before entering and take care on rocks. There is little natural shade except at the edges near rocks, and sun exposure is high through much of the day. Bring sun protection, water and food, as no beach bar is confirmed and no toilets or showers are available at the beach. Facilities are in Cadaqués. Warmest and most settled conditions are from June to September, which is the most comfortable window for swimming and sunbathing. Outside summer it is cooler and more wind-exposed.
