The beach belongs to a day shaped by the domain. Entry is controlled through La Jenny, so confirm authorization, reception arrangements and domain rules before travelling. From inside the domain, paths cross forest and dunes to reach the ocean. The walk is part of the visit: wear footwear that handles sand and uneven ground, and allow time for the return, especially with children, cool boxes or sun shelters. Morning and late afternoon are often more comfortable on this west-facing coast. Midday brings strong sun, and wind can mask its intensity. There is little shade on the open sand. Tree cover stays behind the dunes. Bring sunscreen, a hat, a windbreak or parasol, and enough water. Food and drink are not sold on the beach. Options are inside the domain, so pack what is needed for a half-day stay. The shore is sandy with an exposed Atlantic edge. Waves and currents are common and the water stays generally cool, even from June to September. That period offers the mildest and most settled weather. Swimming calls for caution. There is no assurance of lifeguard supervision on this natural section. Families use the beach within a naturist, community setting, but children need close supervision near the surf. Dogs are generally not expected on the main naturist sand. Toilets and showers are inside the domain at a distance from the water. Leave the sand clean, respect marked paths through the dunes, and plan around daylight and reception hours. Check reception hours in advance, as late arrival can complicate entry and leave less time for the walk and return.
