There is no direct public transport to the beach, and most visitors arrive by private car. Parking is informal above the cliffs, followed by a walk on established paths. Stay on marked routes, leave no trace and avoid cliff edges and loose ground. The surface is sand with rocky areas, and rocks can be slippery near the water. Atlantic water is often cool with variable waves and currents, so check sea state before swimming and stay in shallow water when conditions look rough. No lifeguard service is expected.
